Jeffery Faile CPA has set up a secure Box account for you to safely access and share your confidential files. Box is FIPS 140-2 certified, and all files are encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption both at rest and in transit.
What to do next:
1. Enter your email address and click "Next".
2. Then follow the prompt based on what you see:
- If you already have a password (returning clients), enter your password and log in.
- If you are asked for a password but do not have one (or have forgotten it), click "Reset Password". You will receive an email with a link to create or reset your password.
IMPORTANT:
While not required, if you choose to click on "Sign Up", you will be redirected to the Box main website. From there you will need to select Individual and set up a Free Account.
You may be able to view or download files from the shared link provided, but you must be logged in to upload or add documents. Please save your login credentials, as you will need them each time you return.
If you lose your access link, you can log in anytime through our Client Portal at failecpa.com/client-portal.
